    1) Composite Disc ( Multi Layered )
  • Composite Disc is designed for Low pressure application. Ensure resistance to Vacuum and Back pressure by a support
  • 2) Simple Forward acting Disc
  • Simple forward acting discs are designed for high pressure application.
  • 3) Scored Forward acting Disc
  • Scored Forward acting disc is non fragmenting and designed to meet the customer requirement without affecting the flow rate. The disc seating are designed for standard 30deg angle seating and Flat seating based on the application.

Reverse Acting Thread Hold Rupture Disc are Two types

1) Angular Scored Reverse acting Rupture disc

Angular Scored Reverse acting Discs are designed to Rupture where the operating pressure is 90% of the Burst Pressure. The score is designed for non fragmentation.

2) Simple scored doomed Reverse acting Rupture Disc

A cutting edge is provided for the scored Simple doom Disc to ensure 100% opening and flow. The Reverse buckling disc are Flat seated by its construction. For all the above Rupture Discs are Hold by Threaded Union, Welding in Plugs and Crimping to meet the customer Safety and cost.
